The check in was very efficient. The property was very clean. There is a shared kitchen which was unfortunately not respected by the adjoining guest who left dirty dishes on the counter every day. This is of no fault of the host. In our opinion the photos of the apartment led us to believe it overlooked a private courtyard which was not the case. The apartment was fairly sparse, could use a small couch. The apartment electricity turned off as only one room key was provided which was need to be inserted inside the room to provide power. This made the in room refrigerator useless. There is a shared communal fridge if you are comfortable with that arrangement.Now, the location is 5 stars! Outside the entry you are in the heart of the town square. Walkable to all the sites, coast, and restaurants. This is what you are paying for, the location.

Really like this place! Literally close to the train station. You can find a lot of good places where to eat. Starting with the restaurant downstairs, everything is walkable, they give you a good list of what places to eat. Comunication with host it’s great, instructions are clear. Thank you very much! I really enjoyed.
