Overall we had a good stay. The room was nice and modern, the location was great, and the staff was super responsive on WhatsApp. 2 little things though… first night there was little hot water to shower, and I had to unclog the shower head nozzles as they were full of calcium deposits that restricted water flow greatly. We also found hairs that did not belong to us in the bed sheets so that made us question if the sheets were actually changed. But again, overall it was a good stay with no major issues.

Really consider that this is not a hotel and there is no reception desk at all, that would be a problem. Since my eSIM wasn't working, I had to ask a passerby to call the manager for me—something that might not have worked out. Fortunately, I happened to come across a friendly Italian man who contacted the staff on my behalf. Within the next 10 minutes, he arrived, and everything was resolved. Otherwise, I have no complaints; the room was very clean. It is a fairly recently renovated room in an old building.

Will stay again!

My brothers and I (3 of us) booked this stay based on other good reviews - and they did not mislead. Orange Suites were awesome! Two air conditioning units, three beds, kitchen, balcony - and clean. Located 3-4 min on foot to the main corso. Not enough stars to give my endorsement! We loved it, we will be back.

This property fit our needs perfectly. The bed was comfortable and we had plenty of room for the two of us and the refrigerator was a plus. The only problem was the cost it took to take a taxi from the property down to the marina was 30 euro each way - very pricey - but not walkable. However we found lots of great restaurants within walking distance of the property.

When we arrive the entrance was a mess! All we could think was how hotel.come could have this hotel. They were doing construction, the next day was not as bad. The room was nice modern didn’t have bottle of water which i really appreciate. Room was cleaned each day, not far from the main tourist spots.

Modern Hideaway

The apartment is very modern and perfectly clean. Housekeeping every day. 5 minutes from rail station, although pavements cobbled. Very short walk to centre. Very secure. Couple of minor issues. Safe didn't work and curtain on window not wide enough.

It was ok

The location of Orange Suites was excellent since it was only about a five minute walk from the center. The shops and restaurants were not too far but far enough to where you don't get most of the tourist traffic. The location is being remodeled during my stay so there was a lot of construction trash, equipment, and materials in the front lawn and in the patio. I couldn't even use the Patio and enjoy the view during my stay because of this. During the day when the construction workers were working i was gone exploring Italy so the noise didn't bother me. I just wish I was told before arriving so I could've booked a different hotel. The cleaning service was just ok. our Towels were only changed once when we were there and we had a six night stay. They did do our beds everyday and took out the trash so that was a plus. We arrived at 2130 hours due to a flight delay so we got charged an extra 20 euros for a late check in. At a regular hotel this wouldn't happen.

Hospedagem em excelente localização, principalmente para quem vem pela estação de trem. Existem opções para café e supermercado muito próximos, além de estar a uma curtíssima caminhada do centro da cidade. O quarto era bom e a equipe de funcionários muito prestativos e educados, com destaque para a senhor responsável pela limpeza do quarto. Os únicos pontos de atenção: 1) um barulho regular do frigobar, que pode atrapalhar quem tem sono leve; 2) o box do banheiro não fecha completamente, e com isso ao tomar banho você irá molhar grande parte do piso do banheiro. Fora esses dois pontos, todo o resto foi excelente.
