Tucked away in a peaceful forest near Somme-Leuze, this cosy chalet is perfect for families of six seeking a blend of relaxation and adventure. Children can play freely in the natural surroundings while parents unwind in the calm of the holiday park. Thoughtfully furnished for comfort, the chalet includes modern conveniences such as Wi-Fi, electric heaters, a TV with Chromecast, and a fully equipped kitchen with a combination microwave—ideal for family meals or quiet indoor moments.

Just a 15-minute drive from the medieval charm of Durbuy, the area offers hiking, cycling, and family fun at Adventure Valley. The chalet provides a tranquil base from which to explore the Ardennes’ natural beauty and exciting activities. Parking is available nearby, with two charging stations on the property for added convenience.

Guests must bring their own bed, bath, and kitchen linens. Pets, smoking, candles, student parties, stag/hen events, and corporate bookings are not allowed. The property is part of an expanding development, so occasional work traffic may occur. For everyone’s comfort, rubbish must be sorted and left in the designated area, and young people’s groups are not accepted.

Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal in diesem Ferienhaus und es ist einfach fantastisch. Die Lage ist großartig, das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber, und der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Angenehm kühl im Sommer, warm im Winter – einfach herrlich. Absolut empfehlenswert, da es in unmittelbarer Nähe zu charmanten Städtchen wie Durbuy, Dinant, La Roche-en-Ardenne, Namur und sogar Luxemburg liegt. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.

Het huisje is echt top! Daar zal ik niks over zeggen. Maar het park…. Je kan zien dat er geen echt onderhoud meer wordt gedaan. Restaurant is gesloten. Voetbalveld en speeltuinen verwaarloosd en er staat veel onkruid. Ook zijn bankjes enz stuk en dus niet veilig.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Familienurlaub in diesem Chalet! Mitten im Wald gelegen, fühlte es sich an wie unser ganz privater Rückzugsort. Die Kinder liebten es, die Natur zu erkunden, und wir unternahmen sogar einen kurzen Ausflug nach Durbuy für einen erlebnisreichen Tag. Das Chalet war bestens ausgestattet und sehr sauber, sodass wir uns sofort wohlfühlten. Die Küche war für uns ein absolutes Highlight.

Ein herrlicher Kurzurlaub inmitten der Natur! Das Chalet ist modern und komfortabel und bot alles, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt brauchten. Besonders gut gefiel uns die Nähe zum Adventure Valley Durbuy, das bei den Kindern ein voller Erfolg war. Einziger Nachteil: Wir mussten unsere eigene Bettwäsche mitbringen, aber die entspannende Atmosphäre hat sich absolut gelohnt.

Zeer correct en proper huisje, zo goed als alles is voorzien. Een aanrader om te boeken. Op het domein zelf zijn de speeltuigen misschien wel wat verouderd maar nog steeds functioneel. Het domein is rustig en proper. Het restaurant is ook een aanrader ook al lijkt het van buitenaf niet het geval. Er zijn verschillende activiteiten in de buurt te vinden. Slechts +/- 10 min per auto te bereiken. Het internet werkte niet goed in de avond, de eigenares heeft hier een plausibele uitleg voor gegeven en zou dus uitzonderlijk zijn geweest.

Uitleg: Is via tadaam, vroeger waren we de enigste en nu zijn er veel meer gebruikers, het is een noodoplossing... Sorry maar wanneer je op bepaalde momenten zelfs geen Whatsapp kan versturen... We hadden geen dvd's mee voor de kinderen dus dit was ook voor hen een teleurstelling. Tip: zet dit duidelijk in de omschrijving, als we dit op voorhand hadden geweten waren er geen frustraties en kregen jullie van ons een ster er bij...

Das Chalet war gemütlich und bot alles, was wir für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt brauchten. Besonders schön war für unsere Kinder der Platz zum Spielen im Freien. Auch die Nähe zum Durbuy Adventure Park, der bei der ganzen Familie ein voller Erfolg war, haben wir sehr geschätzt. Einziger Nachteil: Wir mussten unsere eigene Bettwäsche mitbringen, aber das war zu verkraften. Ein schöner, ruhiger Ort zum Entspannen!
