Chalet near Durbuy with Forest & Hot Tub

This chalet is ideally located on the edge of a large forest massif about 10 km from the center of Durbuy. The chalet was recently completely renovated and has a spacious living room (Proximus TV) with an equipped open kitchen, three bedrooms with double Queen size box spring bed and two bathrooms with walk-in shower. The chalet has a large terrace with a wood-fired hot tub at the back. The chalet gives direct access to a large forest area that almost extends to the town of Durbuy. The nearby express road also ensures good accessibility to Marche-en-Famenne at 10 minutes. The location near Durbuy also gives access to a wide range of activities both indoors and outdoors.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Es ist ein wunderschönes Chalet, in der Nähe einer stark befahrenen Straße (aber kaum störend) Direkt neben dem Chalet beginnt ein Wanderweg, der wunderschön und ruhig ist. Einige Negative: - 1 Dusche lief nicht richtig ab, dies ist die Dusche in der Nähe des Holzlagerraums. (Ich vermute, dass das schon länger so ist, da die Bodendichtung nicht 100%ig abschließt, merkt man das am Boden) - Abflussrohr gereinigt und mit Entstopfungsmittel gespült. - Mir fehlte ein schwimmender Chlorverteiler für den Whirlpool (ich denke, das wäre empfehlenswert) (Schließlich war der Whirlpool bei der Ankunft nicht 100 % sauber, der Hauptschuldige ist der Baum, unter dem er steht, vielleicht ein paar Schnitte? :) Alles wurde problemlos gelöst und wir genossen einen wunderschönen Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Chalet. Viele Geschäfte und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe! Nahegelegene Spaziergänge (Petit-Han – Durbuy), Noiseux sehr einladend, der Spaziergang in der Somme Leuze selbst (5 km) nicht wirklich zu empfehlen, da 1/2 des Weges entlang einer stark befahrenen Straße ohne Fußweg. Hoton empfahl auch, Hygiene ist alles in Ordnung, aber das Entfernen der Spinnweben ist ein Muss, oder? (unter Berücksichtigung der Gebühr von 120 €) ... Es klingt vielleicht etwas negativ, aber alles in allem gebe ich diesem Chalet solide 4 von 5 Punkten. Noch zwei letzte Tipps: Ist es möglich, den Sensor im Flur auszuschalten? Praktisch bei einem kleinen Baby :), dass sich das Licht nicht automatisch einschaltet. (Beschreibung, dass die Heizung eingeschaltet werden kann, indem man den Brenner auf 2 stellt) wurde ausgeschaltet. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Grüße

Es ist ein schönes, geräumiges und modern eingerichtetes Chalet. Die meisten Rezeptionisten waren hilfsbereit und kundenfreundlich. Aber leider hat es auch einige weniger gute Seiten. In Hörweite (und teilweise sichtbar) befindet sich eine Autobahn, auf der der Verkehr mit 120 km/h tobt. Es gab einige Dinge, die nicht vollständig funktionierten (TV-Fernbedienung, blockierter Rollladen). Auch der Whirlpool hatte einen unangenehmen Geruch und war nicht ganz sauber. Eines der Zimmer roch nach Hund, der Geruch blieb während des gesamten Aufenthalts bestehen, sofern das Zimmer regelmäßig gelüftet wurde. Das Chalet war teuer, aber wenn die oben genannten Punkte nicht vorhanden wären und beispielsweise ein Teil des zu verwendenden Brennholzes im Preis enthalten wäre, wäre es das Geld durchaus wert gewesen.

Schönes Haus! Alles sieht gut aus und die Küche ist sehr komplett. Die Gegend, schön und abgelegen, ist auch wunderschön. Wir hatten Toilettenpapier vergessen, leider waren diese nicht im Haus. Wir mussten sie kurz nach der Ankunft in einem Supermarkt holen. Es gab auch kein Holz für den Whirlpool. Wir konnten den Holzbedarf nur schwer abschätzen und konnten daher den Whirlpool (Holz für 20 Euro in einem kleinen Supermarkt gekauft) nicht in vollen Zügen genießen. Daher keine fünf Sterne.
