The lighting was very glaring and unpleasant.
The check-in was difficult, and then the keycards required once- or twice-daily reprogramming.
The staircase steps are uneven.
Half of the outlets were not functional.
Good things:
The beds were comfortable, the linens were clean, the floor was clean, the bathroom was clean and in good repair. There was adequate hot water after the first night - I believe you were performing some necessary plumbing maintenance, and fortunately there was a notice saying so, so we remained at your motel rather than moving to another, anticipating the improvement.
Housekeeping responded quickly to the problem of the inadequate number of towels.
