This was the perfect family vacation. The staff was really nice and was always offering help. Fabi and Fernando at front desk and guest services were so helpful and friendly. My daughter befriended many of the staff at the restaurant and they were extremely kind with her. The pool was fun and the entertainment staff; Berenice was extremely kind with our family. Rooms and food are great. Being in a safe community to walk around made for a unique experience. Don’t take any offers to tour other resorts for a gift or voucher. Do upgrade to preferred club and make sure to use the pool, spa and dinning perks that come with it. I would stay here again.

My wife, 2 year old toddler, and I stayed at the resort for 4 nights. We enjoyed every moment of our stay. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful and available at every request. Food and snacks were available all day long at every corner. The staff on the pool and the public areas create such a great and friendly atmosphere. Given the price we paid the stay could not have been any better. A big thank you to the dreams aventuras team for the work they are doing.
