This hotel is very good , offer very good breakfast, swimming pool , gym, and very clean rooms ,and is close to all parks ,and outside the vans service to the parks and restaurants, all was perfect to me .

They were a great stop for the night before catching the ferry to Cozumel the next day. Kids and grandparents had a great stay, and dinner options were just rtros away.

I like the location and the room space. No safe box in the room . I did not like the service and house keeping. We are 4 and only have 2 towels we call front desk and They never bring the towels to the room we had to go to front desk to get them and we got a towel with holes like and old rag. House keeping take the towels to change them and never bring them back we had to go again and pick them up at the front desk the kleenex tissues were finish and not rapleced

The room was clean and people were friendly. Also, the breakfast was quite good. On the negative side, television services were very poor, the beds were hard, and the blinds did not work properly. Storage in terms of a dresser or drawers was also very lacking. It was quite small and uncomfortable for my wife, 2 sons, and I and we checked out early.

We had a Difficult experience being at this hotel as the front desk didn’t speak any word of English. I find it weird and disappointing to be at such a brand hotel that employs staff that don’t speak English especially with customer facing positions. We wasted our morning on the first day trying to take information about where to go to the beach and Parking information. The receptionist was using the phone for translation. Also the attitude of receptionist was so indifferent and rude. Also on the day of our arrival, which was late and we have a 20 months old baby with us, they told us that they have no more rooms left and transferred us to the suites building! They claimed it was an upgrade, but I am not too sure about that. Be careful with your belongings as our daughter’s shoe and an iPhone charger disappeared from our room. We engaged with the management to find them but no luck.
