We stayed at Sodus bay view for Christmas weekend2025. The property was clean and was the perfect place for our family to “meet in the middle” for the holiday. The kitchen was very well equipped and had a nice assortment of glassware , pots pans and silverware. The beds were comfortable and even though we provided our own linens for each it didn’t deter from comfort or the over all experience. The water was HOT and shower pressure good. Nice view of the bay and neighborhood/beach. The dogs enjoyed long walks around before the snow blanketed the town. First floor bathroom and bedroom were a must for my elderly dad who joined in on the family fun.
