Enjoy a truly blissful vacation in this huge, one-of-a-kind retreat on the dunes. This classic beach cottage has ocean, Sound, and Intracoastal Waterway views as well as wonderful architectural details with a unique mix of Victorian and contemporary comfort.

There are three bedrooms with ocean views and four with sound views. The first floor has its own huge lower deck area. The second floor has a kitchen and a large living room overlooking the ocean with a wet bar. On the Sound side, enjoy delightful views of the Intracoastal Waterway and a private balcony with unobstructed views of both the ocean and the Sound. On the top floor, there is a huge main suite with a wet bar, a glass-top desk, and incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean. The other two top-floor bedrooms enjoy vaulted ceilings, extraordinary views, a large bathroom, and another private deck that faces the sound.

Jog, fish, surf, swim, read, walk to the nearby fishing pier, watch the dolphins, or stroll along the edge of the sea. Or, stay closer to home and take a dip in the unheated private pool operates seasonally.
