Situated back from the road next to a dune, this home boasts a gravel driveway with ample parking. Sea grass and island shrubs welcome you to the covered front porch that is furnished with two Adirondack chairs.

Upon entering the foyer, a stairway leads to the living area and a hallway on the right of the stairs leads to two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a laundry area with a full-size washer/dryer. A hall closet stores beach chairs and sand toys. The first bedroom is a surfer's paradise where a younger crowd will enjoy camping out. The second bedroom offers a TV with a VCR and a DVD player for your entertainment, and a sliding glass door invites you to a covered oceanfront deck from which you can cast your sights on the shore. Use the boardwalk and stairs, complete with an outdoor shower, to make your way onto the sandy beach.

Upstairs, the Green Room offers a comfortable and colorful space to unwind. Soak in views of the horizon while you kick back on the denim sofa or one of the two armchairs. A charming red cabinet boasts a flat-screen TV with a DVD player for your enjoyment. A spacious, covered oceanfront deck welcomes you to the shore and offers a great place to watch ships glide across the horizon. Inside, a large, round dining table has seating for six. A window offers ocean views, while an assortment of games are at the ready for a family night of fun. The well-equipped kitchen features upscale appliances, and a preparation island doubles as storage and a breakfast bar.

Around the corner from the kitchen, a set of stairs invite you to the third bedroom and loft area that features artistic paintings and furnishings throughout. Angled ceilings and whimsical touches make this an ideal hideaway to enjoy your vacation. A sliding glass door floods the space in light, while a private oceanfront balcony overlooks the shore. A hand-painted cabinet boasts a TV and a VCR.
