Teach's Lookout is new to the rental market providing the perfect home for your Topsail Island vacation. Everything about the home is comfortable, clean, and neat. With beach access across the street, you can enjoy ocean breezes, the sound of waves, and long-range ocean views which are prevalent throughout the home, and also enjoyed from the outdoor living spaces.
The cozy living room features views of the ocean, plenty of comfortable seating for gathering, and includes a wall-mounted smart TV, a DVD player, and a stereo with a CD player and hookup for Pandora music to play from your smartphone. A supply of board games, playing cards, chess, checkers, and books are also available. With high-speed internet and WiFi, you can upload all your vacation pics to social media to share with family and friends, or bring along your Amazon Firestick or Roku. The lovely bright kitchen boasts ocean views and abundant sunlight. The kitchen is fully equipped to include professional cookware, a food processor, a blender, a coffee maker, and all the necessary accessories including the wine opener. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, hard surface counters, and plenty of cabinet space for storage. The eat-in dining area includes a farm-style table with seating for six.
The first of the two bedrooms features shabby-chic furnishings in the tranquil colors of the sea and a ceiling fan. A door leads out to the deck where you can see the ocean and enjoy the hot tub. The second bedroom offers a wall-mounted smart TV with a DVD player. The two bedrooms share a full bath. An amazing feature of Teach's Lookout is the tiered deck area with unobstructed long-range views of the ocean and miles of beach. Both the sunrise and sunset can be seen from this deck area making the space unlike most others. On the main level of the deck is a massive elevated picnic table perfect for all your alfresco meals, and a gathering space for the entire group. There is a partially covered deck area where the hot tub and bar are located. This covered deck area offers additional lighting, and views of the ocean. The overall deck is perfect for hanging out together, enjoying meals, or perhaps an evening beverage. The crow's nest sun deck puts you high above it all with unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean, beaches, and a vantage point for miles.
Teach's Lookout includes an outside enclosed shower with a changing area. For the fishing enthusiast, you may appreciate the outside covered fish cleaning sink with built-in cutting boards. Additionally, the home includes a laundry area on the lower level with a washer/dryer. The ground level includes a covered concrete patio area with a second picnic table and outdoor gas grill. Both the outside shower, fish sink area, and lower level patio have added lighting for convenience in the evening. Adjacent to the house is a quiet street with public beach access. The street is ideal for bicycling and evening walks along a quaint beach road with street lights.
