Nice House & Beach
Nicely built house with spacious rooms and living area. Elevator was helpful for my parents and sister, who had a broken foot. Views and beach were lovely. While the house felt decently clean on arrival, we did do some deeper cleaning the first day to make it a little more comfortable for our stay. Felt like we got a good deal on the size of the house and the location. Love September at the beach!

Extremely disappointing
We stay in different beach houses each summer with my entire family - 16 of us. This home left us very disappointed. Lots of things were broken and the house was VERY dirty. I'm not sure it was cleaned prior to us entering - old food, food wrappers, trash on the deck, old food in the freezer. The management company was difficult to deal with. I only got a response after 3 days when I threatened to demand a refund. The elevator is very finicky so don't plan on using it. The grill is really only for 2 people so DO NOT plan on grilling if you have more than that. There is lots of deferred maintenance causing broken items such as the dishwasher, and the ice maker doesn't work well. The kitchen is barely equipped but when spending this much money, I'd expect more than dollar-store forks. The bed linens were stained and gross (comforter and pillowcases). I would not recommend this house. You can spend the same amount and get a far nicer home.
