This 2400 sq ft home features a large over-sized deck as well as a walk out basement. You will be surrounded by nature and enjoy breathtaking views of Center Hill Lake. It has 3 bedrooms, two with king beds, and one with 2 twin beds and 2 full bathrooms. Additionally, there is a queen sleeper sofa on the main floor. Red Bud Retreat is the Ultimate Getaway! Enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise from the beautiful private deck, or a relax in the hot tub and watch the boats go by down on the water. Whether you are wanting to enjoy some quiet time with the family, or fun in the sun on Center Hill Lake, you will find it here. We are located 5 min from Four Seasons Marina and about 20 min from Pates Ford Marina. If you are into hiking or sight seeing we are near some of the most amazing water falls and hiking trails in TN (35 min to Burgess Falls, 30 min to Rock Island, and 1 hour from Fall Creek Falls).

Please note: We do have security cameras located at the property. There are four cameras, one at the front door, one on the garage, one in the driveway and one on the right side of the house.
