"My family loves Lost Pines! We go every summer for a staycation to swim and relax. There has been a lot of really nice updates to the property and amenities. There is a new barn event building, new bikes, the landscaping has undergone updates/clean up to some of the areas that were overgrown, and rebranded restaurants. The Maude's restaurant area is really nice for sitting outside and having cocktails in the evening. This area is a great upgrade. We could hear frogs at night by the ponds in front of our room. Parking is now handled through Metropolis instead of the hotel directly. I did notice there are more 'reserved' loungers in the pool area, but there was still plenty of free loungers."

"The house is adorable and comfy. The outdoor space was nuce, though with the heat we only sat out in the morning. Only had two "issues." One, the proximity to the train. Luckily it only went by a couple of times during the might. Two, primary bd mattress was too soft. But that may not be an issue for everyone. Overall, great stay. The place was very clean and that made for a relaxing stay."
