The room was very clean, staff were excellent and very friendly and resourceful. The heating was good and could not hear anything. Would definitely recommend econo lodge to anyone.

It's very basic, so if you're just looking for a place to sleep, it fits the bill. The room was clean. The staff was amazing. Absolutely gorgeous location right on the Rideau Canal.

Loved it, was probably the best motel I've ever been to. The staff is very friendly, and there is a very nice canal in the back. There is a bar in the lobby as well full of townies, and the rooms are nice. This is the place to stay if you're in the area.

Room could use better lighting. Bed seemed a bit old and lumpy. Quarters are a bit tight... maybe only need one chair in the bedroom to make more space since there was two of us and both had suitcases... could have used with more room. Otherwise, the place seemed clean and staff were there to greet us when we arrived.

Hotel very dated. Walking towards our room we noticed the hallway door open & as we walked in the balcony door was open. We figured they were just airing it since it seemed to have a musty odour. We only were in the room ten minutes & left for the evening. Returning, after the room had been closed - it was awful! Too exhausted to call desk but would not stay there again.

The breakfast was toast, bagels, muffins etc. The room was clean, but the bathtub could use a better clean. There was plenty of parking. It was good for the 1 night we needed it for.

Leaving out the age, the rooms are always clean, have comfortable beds, abundant hot water, and, Hassan, apologies if spelled wrong, is the most efficient, customer oriented and polite hotel staff for 100km at least. Always handles my simple issues instantly. I stay here for the caring staff more than anyqhere else.
