Brockville Best Western was a good experience. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The building has been recently purchased, so the u[grades are still being done. The rooms are clean (no bugs) and well supplied.

We pulled up to the hotel and thought it was closed. As I walked in there was a couple leaving and saying they were not staying. The hallways had a terrible smell. Rooms were not maintained and there was mold on ceiling, things were falling apart. We had to stay because we already paid for it. They should have just closed the hotel, remodeled then open it back. There were construction tape over over part of the outside. Parking lot had huge pot holes. Don't stay there.

This hotel was so filthy, found 2 bugs in my room, garbage on floor when I arrived. Linens smelt. No security at all. Doors left open with bricks some didn’t even lock. Crumbs in bed, fridge did not work.
