Everything was as expected, the only complaint I would have is the kids hockey teams that were staying there, parents need to take care of their children better, they were running all over the hotel at 12:30 am! Either the hotel needs to toughen up and give these kids crap or the parents should put their drinks down and tell their kids to respect where they’re at and other people! The parents (about 40 of them) took over the lobby area drinking till 1am as their kids disrespected all the rules of the hotel

It would be better if you could supply real cutlery. The wooden cutlery has a bad taste that ruins the food. You should add bacon to your breakfast choices.

We have stayed at the property in the past and have never been disappointed. The breakfast was true to my liking, the staff pleasant and accommodating as usual and the hotel was clean, something that is really important to me.

The staff was not too friendly at check in the two women seemed irritated by our questions. In the evening kids kept running around yelling, slamming doors until approx 10:30pm. I called down and the staff did handle the situation.
