I would definitely stay here again when in Slave Lake. It’s right across the street from a grocery store, a gym and lots of places to eat. The place wa clean and the bed was comfortable. The rooms were large and came with an iron and ironing board, fridge and other things one could use on an extended stay. The wifi was solid also. I only stayed one night and didn’t wake up early enough to try the breakfast so I cannot comment on that.

Do not stay here. Wish I could give 0 stars. It’s a homeless shelter basically, broken windows. Nasty. Garbage everywhere outside. Leaking water from toilet. Smelled like mold. Isolation hanging from roof by office.

The young gal who greeted us and proceeded with our stay was very knowledgeable and polite kind treated us with respect. Our room was clean but the bed was very hard . TV was not working during the time of fifa games . Phone front desk twice before we got someone to help , appeared was a loose wire at the front end . The place was very quiet but the outside was not inviting, inside was great

The AC unit is set up so you can't get it all the way down to cold. There's an actual screw drilled into it that only allows the dial to be turned down so far. Front desk lady screwed up putting my cc info into the system that my bank locked me out of it. There are unhoused addicts all over the property. Limited cameras monitoring the parking lot.
