Staff were super friendly and helpful. Main areas are kept modern and clean. Room was dated but clean. TV did not work properly despite having it looked at. Very inconvenient, the volume kept shutting off.

The room is neglected and old. The heating system doesn’t allow setting a temperature or using a thermostat and is very noisy. The showerhead is fixed to the wall and sprays in all directions. The sound insulation is poor, and noise from neighboring rooms makes it hard to sleep. The staff is Friendly and welcoming.

The room we were in was OK but the bathroom was horrible. The toilet had a terrible lean and the floor was crooked. The towel rack had more rust on it than metal. The shower head sprayed water all over. Beds and pillow were comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful with places to eat.
