"My husband and I stayed at the Delaware Hotel for just one night last weekend, but it was more than memorable. I called ahead and asked for a room on the 2nd floor due to my husband's health condition since there is no elevator. I also mentioned that it was our 35th anniversary. I acknowledged that old hotels have small rooms, but I was hoping for something bright. When we checked in we were greeted by Julissa at reception. She said she was the person that I had spoken to the day before and wished us a happy anniversary. When we got to our beautiful and bright room there was a vase of roses waiting for us wishing us a happy anniversary. The only thing the room was missing was a second table lap, so that both sides of the beds had lamps, and the reception desk quickly brought an additional lamp. When we headed out the door on Saturday to tour town we stopped by the desk to thank Julissa for the lovely flowers. We asked her about the "haunted history" of the hotel and she provided both ghost stories as well as detailed history of the hotel. The hotel is beautifully maintained with antique pieces and modern comforts. We will be back!"

"The houses are named, and I loved that the Lilly house, where I stayed, was next to the Marshall house. Great location, except for being about 100 yards from a nightclub. I enjoyed my stay, and would stay there again."

"This property is stunning. The house is beautiful and secluded yet close to town and Ski Cooper. We had everything we needed to cook with in the kitchen and everything was clean when we arrived. We will definitely stay here again."

"This was the perfect house for our annual family ski trip! We ski at Cooper so the location was unbeatable, and the house itself was everything we could have asked for and more. We loved the solitude in the mountains, the views, the game room, the hot tub, and the fully stocked kitchen since we bring all of our own food rather than eating out. This was our 4th annual Leadville ski trip and we have stayed at a different place each year, but we fully intend to stay here again next year! Further, the management company had an awesome app that made everything a breeze, and our contact at the company was very quick to respond as well as accommodating."

"We’ve stayed at the Grand West Village cabins a couple of times. This time did not disappoint! The Mountain Star was the perfect space for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. A great selection of cooking dishes/utensils, washer/dryer in-unit is FANTASTIC, and the electric fireplace is always a winner for added ambience!"
