Located 5 minutes from the beach, in the OASIS area of Sitges, this 3-bedroom apartment sleeps 6.

The Mercadona supermarket is less than 5 minutes away (as is the train station) but if you want something even closer, there is a small Caprabo supermarket below the apartment.

Sitges beach is a 5-minute walk away, as are our favorite bars and restaurants.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony large enough for dining, sunbathing, or enjoying a drink. It's a simple yet spacious and comfortable apartment in a great location. The living room has two comfortable sofas, a large table with chairs, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a TV, and access to the balcony overlooking the street.

The kitchen is a separate room. It is equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, and washing machine. All three bedrooms are double rooms. One has a double bed (1.35 x 1.90 m) and the other two have two single beds each. There are two full bathrooms with bathtubs in the hallway.

There is air conditioning in one of the bedrooms and in the living room.

It is ideal for people with reduced mobility as it has an elevator that reaches the apartment.

The building has a communal swimming pool for our guests. If you need parking, you can request it in advance and we will do our best to offer you a space in this building.

Arrival information:- Tourist taxes levied by the Sitges City Council must be paid (1.75 euros per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years of age do not pay)
- Pets allowed upon request.
- Check-in time is from 4 pm to 9 pm
- For check-ins after 9:00 PM, there is a small supplement of €30.
- For check -ins after midnight, there is a €50 surcharge.

Exit information:- Departure time is 10 am
- Remember to turn off the AC before you leave.
- Upon departure, the keys should be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.

Arrival between 00:01 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
