Beach Villa Aralinn The Beach Villa Aralinn in Sitges has been beautifully restored and partially modernized with all the comforts in mind, but also trying to maintain its old-world charm and the typical features of a traditional Mediterranean house , such as beamed ceilings, whitewashed walls, wooden shutters and wrought iron bars.
Despite its location in the city center, the house offers a haven of tranquility in a spacious accommodation spread over 3 floors.
The house's entrance leads directly into the inviting dining room, furnished with an antique solid wood table and chairs. There are also two wooden rocking chairs, a (no longer in use) fireplace, and some traditional furniture that adds a special touch to the space.
The dining room leads to a small interior courtyard (open to the sky) with a beautiful collection of local plants.
From here, our guests will find the kitchen, which retains its original cabinetry and charm, but all appliances, such as the oven, stove, refrigerator/freezer, and even the sink, have been modernized for our guests' comfort. The kitchen is large enough to accommodate a small round table and two chairs, perfect for a quick breakfast before heading to the beach.
In addition, at street level, our guests will find a large living room with two white three-seater sofas, an armchair, a fireplace (currently out of use), a small collection of Catalan ceramics, and antique paintings by local artists on the walls. This area is directly connected to the kitchen and dining room mentioned above.
A flight of stairs with beautiful blue and white tiles leads to the first floor where our guests will find all the rooms.
The master bedroom features a stunning solid wood double bed with a carved wooden headboard. There are three more bedrooms on this level, two with a double bed each and the last with two single beds, one tucked under the other (trundle bed), so the villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people in 4 double bedrooms. All bedrooms have ceiling fans to keep the air cool on summer nights.
There are two modern bathrooms on the first floor, each with a shower, sink, and toilet.
Upstairs, on the second floor, our guests will find a large multipurpose room with different areas including a study area with a large glass table ideal for working on the computer, a living area with a sofa, flat screen TV and two armchairs and another chill out area with a beautiful sofa with an iron frame and cushions imitating old mattresses, the perfect place for a relaxing time.
But the highlight of this level, and indeed of the entire property, is the spacious and well-equipped terrace that opens from the multipurpose room.
The terrace features an L-shaped sofa, additional chairs, and plenty of local plants, most of which are in bloom year-round. This terrace is a truly special place to relax with family or friends. You're sure to enjoy some unforgettable evenings here!
There is also a third full bathroom with a shower tray on this floor.
Finally, another flight of stairs leads to the rooftop terrace, where our guests can enjoy stunning views of the Old Town rooftops and partial sea views.
There is a small laundry room accessible from the rooftop where our guests will find the washing machine and some cleaning supplies.
Thanks to its thick walls, the entire property is well insulated from the summer heat, but there is an air conditioning unit on the second floor, the warmest floor, for added comfort for our guests. Similarly, there is a new air conditioner on the ground floor to keep the common areas cool. And during the winter months, the villa is equipped with central heating via hot water radiators.
Villa Aralinn is a wonderful example of a traditional Sitges property on a quiet street just steps from the beach with a beautiful private rooftop terrace that provides a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the town centre. Reminders: We do not recommend this villa to people who may have difficulty accessing the rooms via several staircases, and we suggest keeping younger children under close supervision at all times.
Please note that the villa is located on a pedestrian street, so car access to the front door is not possible. The villa does NOT have a parking space.

- Check-in time is from 4 pm to 9 pm
- For check-ins after 9:00 PM, there is a small supplement of €30.
- For check -ins after midnight, there is a €50 surcharge.
Exit information:- Departure time is 10 am
- Remember to turn off the AC before you leave.
- Upon departure, the keys should be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.
