Balmins White Apartment The Balmins White apartment is located on the second floor (no elevator). It's a modern, comfortable apartment that has been recently renovated. It features a large communal swimming pool, two double bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a lovely balcony with sea views .

The building has a communal swimming pool exclusively for our guests. It is located behind the Meliá Hotel (3-minute walk), near the port and 100 meters from Balmins Beach. Upon entering the apartment, you are greeted by the living room and kitchen.

The living room features a comfortable sofa, television, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. It opens onto a balcony with fantastic views of the sea and the surrounding houses. The balcony is furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying the tranquility of the location.

The kitchen is open to the living room and is fully equipped (oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher and washing machine)

Both bedrooms overlook the pool. They are spacious, comfortable, and inviting for relaxation. The master bedroom has a double bed and large mirrored wardrobes that give it a sense of spaciousness and brightness. The second bedroom has two single beds. The apartment has a modern bathroom with a shower.

The apartment is just steps from Sitges' exclusive marina, the Meliá Hotel, and the best restaurants. Everything is within easy walking distance. If you arrive by car, you can park for free on the street.

Arrival information:- Tourist taxes levied by the Sitges City Council must be paid (1.75 euros per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years of age do not pay)
- Pets not allowed.
- Check-in time is from 4 pm to 9 pm
- For check-ins after 9:00 PM, there is a small supplement of €30.
- For check -ins after midnight, there is a €50 surcharge.

Exit information:- Departure time is 10 am
- Remember to turn off the AC before you leave.
- Upon departure, the keys should be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.
