Located in the heart of Sitges, Sitges Spaces Urban Beach Flat is just 100 meters from the sea! This spectacular apartment has been completely refurbished in 2022 and has THREE double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (of which 2 are en-suite) and a wonderful 30 M2 terrace with south orientation providing natural light to the house throughout the day! The terrace is fully equipped for exterior dining and a chill out area for relaxing as well as a gas BBQ. The flat has been designed and decorated in great detail by specialized interior designers in order to optimize its abundant space and maximize the comfort of our guests, especially those requiring longer term stays! It´s also been specially sound-proof to enjoy the advantages of center city living without the disturbances sometimes associated with more center city living!

Sitges Spaces Urban Beach Flat is equipped with all that is necessary to host longer term monthly visits. Bed linen, towels, kitchenware, separate washing machine and tumbler dryer, vacuum cleaner and wifi are all available free of charge.

The house is fully equipped with central air conditioning and heating allowing a comfortable stay at any time of the year!

As this is a MONTHLY rental unit with special reduced long term prices, utilities (electric, water and gas) are NOT included in the published rental price and guests will be charged separately based on consumption. A checkout clean will automatically be added to the final price. For stays of more than one month, a cleaning service will be provided for each additional 30 day period at a charge of 95€ /service and must be paid by the guest. This cleaning service is not optional and meant to ensure that the apartment is always correctly cleaned and maintained.
