The room was not cleaned properly. When we arrived, there was sand all over the floor, and the towels had not been washed properly—they smelled bad. I asked the receptionist to replace them, but our request was ignored. Communication was also poor; the staff did not respond to our needs or answer our questions. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The only positive aspect is that it is just one block from the beach.

Overall good location and nice hotel, however furniture in the living area of the appartment was not very comfortable. Also was no furniture on balcony or any loungers around the pool which were shown on the photographs on the website.

The location is nice, right next to the beach and great restaurants. We stayed for one week. The trash is located on the corner of the next block and there is no parking. We received two parking tickets before realizing there is free parking next to the trash bins. They don’t replace towels, toilet paper or sheets and there is no washing machine on site. Reception in at a different apartment building and the pool was too dirty to use with leaves.

Checking in at 16h and checking out 10h might be a bit tight if you are only staying for a night. Checking in is done at a totally different place over 1km away. Otherwise it’s a very nice convenient place close to beach and city centre.

Terrible property, avoid. We left after 1 day of a 4 day booking. A wasn't working at all, and the front door to the apartment didn't lock. Area around the pool is scruffy and littered.

The apartment was great and in a pretty good location. Yhe only hickup was that the keys had to be picked from the large hotel at the very end of Sitges beach, which was not ideal as we arrived with a baby, stroller and luggage expecting a short walk to the apartment. Then we had to split up so that one of us could take a 45 min walk to pick up the apartment key a d come back.

Amazing location. Free bicycles, is really nice to have. Especially when you need the receptionist, which is 1,5 km down the road. Bad info regarding the key pickup on arrival. Some guests are placing their garbage outside, instead of going to the bin/containers or keeping it inside. But all in all, a really good and nice place. Beach is 9/10 👌 We are a family of four and it was our second trip in this building.

Our impression of the stay, unfortunately, remained negative. The only undeniable plus of these apartments is their proximity to the sea. Unfortunately, that's where the advantages end. The reception is quite far from the apartments. It is unclear what is the point of a shuttle that brings guests to the building if after that you have to drag heavy suitcases to the reception to check in and then back again. The key cards stopped working almost every other day. Every time we got the same response: “Please come to the reception.” Instead of solving the problem, guests are forced to go back and forth. When we checked in, we were left with only one roll of toilet paper for four people. Cleaning, changing towels, and replenishing necessary items only happen after repeated reminders. The quality of the cleaning itself also leaves much to be desired. The apartments have very poor soundproofing and ventilation. If the neighbors are cooking food, especially fish, the smell is as if it is happening in your kitchen. Also, water was dripping from the ceiling periodically. The bed linen did not look fresh and the towels were stained. The apartments themselves look neglected and need renovation and proper care. There is a strong dampness and unpleasant smell on the ground floor. I would like to separately mention the eviction process. When checking in, guests are charged a deposit, but when checking out, no one comes with you to check the condition of the apartments.

Ok, only if you find it with a good price offer.

It is a tourist apartment complex, close to the beach and approximately one kilometer from the center of Sitges, quite far from basic supplement stores. Nice pool. Negative aspects: Check-in is 1.5 km from the apartment. No possibility of contacting any of the staff while your are in the building. If you call by phone, they will never answer you. There is no hand soap in the bathroom ( this is something basic) and just a roll of toilet paper, small and of poor quality. The shower gel located on the wall was empty. Part of the door frames, damaged with moisture. The bed for the third person was not prepared. The terrace table had no chairs.
