The only reason I booked this hotel was for the hot tub. I live close by so I had no need for a room just wanted to enjoy a hot tub for cheap. Checked in, went to the pool and found out the hot tub was broken. I feel if you can't provide something that is advertised in your description the guest should be told ahead of time. I wouldn't have stayed here if I knew the hot tub was broken.

Our room was not very clean and had a funny odor. The hot tub was out of order. Every window and glass door throughout the property was filthy. We were charged a 50.00 deposit fee which was not mentioned during booking. Breakfast choices were limited with expired milk being served. We will not return to this hotel.

Stay ANYWHERE else!

The pictures must be before they opened. The exterior of the property grounds are not maintained. Ice melt bad sits by the main door and it is August. The mattress was sunk in. The comforter was stained. When I asked for a new comforter the manager said they do not change them between guests. When I asked about the stained sheets and pillow cases he said “they are clean but nothing they can do with the stains.” Funny, other hotels don’t seem to have that problem. Throw them away. The room lights did not work, one continued to flicker, no maintenance or upkeep has been done on the rooms. The manager was beyond rude.

This property was not at all like the ratings on Expedia. The price was good, but nothing else. The hot tub had been closed for a long time, and the pool was not at all like the pictures on Expedia. Windows were dirty, and the breakfast was limited. It is a good location for events in Sioux Falls.

Don’t expect to get any sleep

Horrible! Paper thin walls, people constantly slamming doors, loud voices through out the night, loud beeping and slamming of something out in the hall.

Three stars is still too good

Reserved a non smoking room and it smelled terrible of smoke. Overall the room was dirty and the bed was hard and uncomfortable. The only plus side was that the lady at the front desk was very nice.

Arrived, check in went good. Went to room, ac worked. Bed top, dirty full of stains, rest of blankets not dirty. Called front desk, just brought one new blanket to resolve, still felt dirty. Laid down, one side of the bed sank so bed and other side was stiff. We always bring our own pillows. Bad toilet paper and cleenex. Surrounding area was gas station Casio with "ruffians" around, seemed pretty sketchy. Workers weren't rude or anything though
