Room was clean and the beds were comfy. Some room for improvement in common areas (elevator was noisy and jolty, hall carpet badly needs re-stretching or replacement). Staff were fantastic, breakfast was very good. The pool area is geared towards kids for sure, but my 12 year old had fun and there was plenty of seating for parents to supervise.

Convenient location!

Located right off I90, perfect for our stay on the road as this was just an overnight stop on a longer trip. HIE always has a great breakfast, plus there was complimentary beer & wine when we arrived which we enjoyed after a long day on the road. Will stay here again if we are traveling thru the area.
