The room was far from clean, the curtains smelled, we were over charged for the pet fee, we paid for 4 nights and clean towels 1 time our whole stay, we had to ask for toilet paper, the website said rates were $82 a night but i was changed $210 a night.

The location and the staff were great. However, the shower head didn't work, the sheets had been laundered but you could see what looked like blood stains on them, there were huge cracks in the ceiling in our bathroom, and the room itself felt very sterile. There was a laminated note on the bed from houskeeping asking for a tip for cleaning the room, which I found to be in very poor taste.
