We had some issues with the room cleanliness. We found someone else’s swim trunks behind the dresser. Then my one year old daughter kept finding gummy bears. One she even put in her mouth and I caught it thankfully before she swallowed it. Then we found another one that looked molded. I brought this up to the front supervisor and he offered us a free night stay there whenever we wanted. Which is awesome. After that though we THEN found an open safety pin over by the safe. I didn’t bring this up however as the front supervisor was already aware of the cleanliness issue and was going to fix the issue. I feel I was understood and listened to and we are excited about coming back for a free night stay in their presidential suite!

We checked in and were told we could not have the room we booked as we used a thrid party to book it. The front desk worker stated they are not required to give us the chosen room. So we paid 30 more dollars for the cheaper room. The heat did not work also. and we and we woke ip

We did not have a coffe maker in our room . They no longer serve coffee in the general area of the hotel . Almost got charged for it till we spoke up about not having a coffee maker In our room so they gave to us for free .

The stay was okay. Anytime we called the front desk no one answered so we had to go down which was inconvenient being we were on the fourth floor and had to go through a skywalk to get over there. I also paid for a breakfast package which we were unable to get breakfast, was told by the front desk agent to request a refund and they would fulfill it only to leave and be told the hotel management actually denied my refund request. Not quality customer service.
