Hotel overall clean and staff friendly. Breakfast was decent. Main pain points: booked a 2 night stay with 24 prior to arrival modification/cancelation policy. Called to cancel my first night greater than 24 hours in advance and was told the hotel enacted a 2 night minimum policy. This was not disclosed at the time of reservation. I was with a group, and some who called were able to cancel their first night while others were not. EXTREMELY frustrating as I had to pay for a night I did not need while others did not. Additionally, the wi-fi was HORRIBLE. Staff noted that they haf recently switched providers - but the TV service was streaming, and it made cell phones/ipad work incredibly slow, if at all.
