Front desk staff Melissa was very rude. We stay in hotels frequently and have never came across a staff this rude. The manager Mike was rude as well. Definitely will not use this hotel again.

Staff was excellent. They were fast and efficient serving breakfast. The desk clerk was amazing. He was so efficient and professional. He went above and beyond. The only thing we didn’t like was the bathroom. The bathroom door was warped and would not shut. Also, the bathroom shower was not very clean.

Outdated and rundown hotel

Bathroom had stained bathtub, dripping water from bath faucet, holes in the wall and plaster in bathroom, the window in the room had a missing/broken latch, the room door needed to pushed hard for it to close completely. Staff members were in the hallways arguing about other staff members in the morning when were on the way to check out. The room in general was not well kept. If we weren't just staying the one night before going home we would've left and found another hotel.

I would not stay here again. Check-in took forever, huge language barrier, room not cleaned well, hasn't been updated in awhile, vandalism in parking lot, kids on counter in breakfast area, etc...

We were on out way to the Badlands and this was a stop over. My son left his phone charger behind and they called us and let us know we could pick it up on our way back a few days later. My son did say the internet was great here!

The room was dirty!!! Toothpaste in the sink, dirty towels and floor. Mold on bathroom ceiling caving in and leaked when it rained!! Sloppy paint splattered on the walls. Curtains were falling down. Plates were dirty at breakfast. Probably the dirtiest hotel/motel we have ever stayed at!

The staff that was working the night we stayed there was afraid to do anything about the wild and unruly guest they had there. They had a problem with the same women the night before we got there and had even been down to their room 2 times after we got there (9 pm). At 3 am I ended up having to call the police myself after they started making threats. At that point they should have been made to leave, but since "they have paid through tomorrow night we can't make them leave". The smoke detectors were just hanging from the wall, just the part where the actual detector should have been, and there was no safety lock on the door. Definitely would never stay there again.
