• Quiet Hours: 10 PM - 8 AM (Monitored for Noise Compliance – 55 dBA daytime, 50 dBA nighttime) 🔇
• Designated Parking: One Spot per Reservation (Request Additional Parking if Needed) 🚗
• Smart Lock Entry: Code Sent 24 Hours Before Check-In 🔑
• Noise Monitoring: Smart technology tracks decibel levels (not conversations) to ensure a peaceful environment.
• Security Cameras: 5 cameras are placed around the exterior (parking area, walkways, and communal outdoor area). They do not record sound and are not actively monitored 24/7.
• On-Site Property Manager: Lives in the back and is available to assist guests.
• First-Floor Unit: Some reasonable noise from upstairs may be heard.
