Tub drain was very slow so that while the shower is on you’re standing in water. Parking QR code check in is confusing, you have to know in advance to select the correct check out time and check out desk employees show be more friendly.

We paid for a upgrade and the heat didn't work in the room. They did send maintenance out but he still couldn't get it to work so he brought a space heater for us overnight. The next day maintenance came out to repair the unit and it still didn't work properly. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

1.) The beds were the most uncomfortabel beds I've slept in, in over 20 years! They were very firm and lumpy. 2.) The hot tub near the pool was not working correctly, with no repair in sight. 3.) I was upset on their policy that I could not bring my own chair on the beach. As a paying guest I should be allowed to use my own chair. I have knee issues and my chair allows me to get up easier, than their low chairs.
