The breakfast was not free. $5 for a cup of coffee, and $5 for toast is a little pricy. The hotel was down to one elevator out of three creating long waiting times. I don't like having a gratuity added into my bill. That should be up to the customer. Need additional staff on the beach for food and drink orders. The one server (Gabriel) that was on the beach busted his but trying to keep up.

Management incompetence. Lack of accountability. Lack of amenities. Cash tipping customers get preferred treatment. Beach is open to Beach club members who are not guests. Complete circus.

Way too expensive. Didn’t give you a run down of your expenses. Took an additional $500 more out of my card and I have no idea why. Seems like you would get a receipt when you check out. The place itself was nice but check how much you are paying each night. One night it was $270 and the next it was $525 for the same room.
