Village has few local stores and local restaurants and also a daily bus taking you to Progreso and Merida. Progreso is about 30 min drive, Merida 45 minutes away. My house is located on dead end street 100 feet from water - perfect location.

All of 3 my apartments are self sufficient with all having separate entry doors, bathrooms, kitchen and 1 or 2 Ac units as well as stable Wifi, separate water system with hot water, brand new beds with new mattresses, new paint inside and out, brand new aluminum windows and doors with screens, plenty of parking. Great and quiet neighbors. Gardener and cleaning lady.
