Great location with lots to do within walking distance. Our room was perfect, very clean and modern. Staff members were welcoming and helpful. The beaches surrounding this resort are far better than the others we checked out in other areas. I'd 100% come back here!

Some of front desk staffs were rude and unhelpful. And our suite had sewage odor, paint were peeling off from the bathtub, and ceiling was leaking. The bedding and towels had hairs and had torns. They asked me to pay for additional charges by cash at the checkout but charged my credit card. I called the resort for resolution, they could not help and still waiting for their management to return my call or email. I don't recall ever needed to reach out to hotels nor resorts after my trips.

The property was beautiful and perfectly maintained! I can't say enough about the staff. There was always plenty of staff around to answer questions and assist with transportation and we were always greeted with a smile! Outstanding staff!

Had a very nice stay at the villas at Simpson Bay. The view from the room right out at the water was lovely, and the pool in front of the villas was great. Breakfast at the restaurant, which was included, was quite good. I found the steak restaurant which was on premise was overpriced, so we did not eat there. The Red piano bar on premise had great entertainment
