Apartment C337 at The Hills Residence, Simpson Bay
Located on the third floor of Building 3, C337 is a 75 m² two-bedroom apartment at The Hills Residence in Simpson Bay, Sint Maarten. The apartment welcomes up to five guests and looks out over Simpson Bay lagoon.
The apartment is fully furnished and ready for a holiday stay, whether you come for a few nights or several weeks. Everything has been planned so that you can settle in quickly and spend your time enjoying the island.
Layout and bedrooms
The two bedrooms each have a king-size bed, storage space and curtains to darken the room. They are separate, which suits two couples or a family with older children.
In the living room you will find a sofa, a flat-screen TV and a dining table for meals at home. A sofa bed in the living room can sleep one more person. The apartment has two bathrooms with a shower.
Light and view
The apartment does not have a balcony, but the windows of the living room let in plenty of daylight and give a view of the lagoon.
Kitchen and equipment
Cooking at home is easy: the kitchen has a hob, an extractor hood, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator and a dishwasher. Small appliances include an espresso machine, a kettle, a toaster and a blender, and you will find crockery, cutlery, utensils and glasses for wine and champagne.
For everyday comfort there is air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer-dryer, an iron and ironing board and a hair dryer. Bed linen, bath towels, beach towels and bathroom essentials are supplied.
Travelling with a baby? A baby cot and a high chair can be provided. Access to the apartment is through an electronic lock, and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed.
The Hills Residence
On the roof of the residence, a swimming pool looks out over the lagoon and the hills. The residence has elevators, private parking and outdoor surveillance cameras. The pool is open every day from 8 am to 8 pm, with sun loungers around it.

Location in Simpson Bay
From the residence you reach the restaurants, shops and marinas of Simpson Bay in a few minutes by car. Simpson Bay beach, Maho beach and Princess Juliana International Airport are also very close.
The residence is built on a hill, which is what gives it its views, so we recommend renting a car for your stay. With a car you can also explore the rest of the island, from Philipsburg to Marigot and the beaches of the French side.
Practical information
Check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is until 11 am. C337 is well suited to families or groups of friends, with a maximum of five guests. Our team is on site to welcome you and answer your questions during your stay.
If you stay for a week or more, you can book an intermediate housekeeping service and ask for extra towels. The equipped kitchen and the washer-dryer make it easy to settle in for a longer holiday.
