Guests have the entire villa to themselves. Wrought-iron gates open onto the courtyard, and a gated deck leads directly to the beach. Guests are met on arrival.

Villa Vittoria is located directly on Simpson Bay Beach on the Dutch side of St. Maarten. Simpson Bay's shops, restaurants, water activities and nightlife are within walking distance.
Getting Around:
Simpson Bay's restaurants and shops can be reached on foot, and Princess Juliana International Airport is close by. A rental car is recommended for exploring the island. Our concierge can arrange a rental car, taxis or airport transfers.
