Apartment B213 at The Hills Residence, Simpson Bay
Located on the first floor of Building 2, B213 is a 55 m² one-bedroom apartment at The Hills Residence in Simpson Bay, Sint Maarten. The apartment welcomes up to three guests and looks out over Simpson Bay lagoon.
The apartment is fully furnished and ready for a holiday stay, whether you come for a few nights or several weeks. Everything has been planned so that you can settle in quickly and spend your time enjoying the island.
Layout and bedrooms
A separate bedroom with a queen-size bed gives you a quiet space for the night. It has a closet with hangers and curtains that darken the room.
In the living room you will find a sofa, a flat-screen TV and a dining table for meals at home. The sofa opens into a bed, which allows one more guest to sleep in the living room. The apartment has one bathroom with a shower, plus a separate toilet.
Light and view
The apartment does not have a balcony, but the windows of the living room let in plenty of daylight and give a view of the lagoon.
Kitchen and equipment
Cooking at home is easy: the kitchen has a hob, an extractor hood, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator and a dishwasher. Small appliances include an espresso machine, a kettle, a toaster and a blender, and you will find crockery, cutlery, utensils and glasses for wine and champagne.
Air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi and a washer-dryer make longer stays comfortable. You also have an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, bathroom essentials, bed linen, bath towels and beach towels.
A baby cot and a high chair are available for families with young children. The door opens with an electronic lock, and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed.
The Hills Residence
On the roof of the residence, a swimming pool looks out over the lagoon and the hills. The residence has elevators, private parking and outdoor surveillance cameras. The pool is open every day from 8 am to 8 pm, with sun loungers around it.
A concierge service is available to arrange car rental, book restaurants or plan excursions and activities on the island. You can contact the team before or during your stay.
Location in Simpson Bay
The Hills Residence is in Simpson Bay, a lively area of the Dutch side known for its restaurants, bars, shops and marinas. Simpson Bay beach and Maho beach are a few minutes away by car, as is Princess Juliana International Airport.
Because the residence sits on a hillside, a car is recommended to get around. It also lets you discover the rest of the island, such as Philipsburg, Marigot and the beaches of the French side.
Practical information
Check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is until 11 am. B213 is well suited to couples, friends or a small family, with a maximum of three guests. Our team is on site to welcome you and answer your questions during your stay.
If you stay for a week or more, you can book an intermediate housekeeping service and ask for extra towels. The equipped kitchen and the washer-dryer make it easy to settle in for a longer holiday.
