Apartment A102 at The Hills Residence, Simpson Bay
At The Hills Residence in Simpson Bay, A102 is a 70 m² one-bedroom apartment set on the ground floor of Building 1. Up to three guests can stay here, and the apartment looks out over Simpson Bay lagoon.
Furnished and fully equipped, it works as well for a long weekend as for a stay of several weeks. The idea is simple: arrive, unpack, and enjoy the island without having to think about practical details.
Layout and bedrooms
A separate bedroom with a king-size bed gives you a quiet space for the night. It has a closet with hangers and curtains that darken the room. There is also a TV in the bedroom.
In the living room you will find a sofa, a flat-screen TV and a dining table for meals at home. The sofa converts into a bed for one additional guest. The apartment has one bathroom with a shower, plus a separate toilet.
Outdoor space
The living room opens directly onto a private garden terrace with outdoor furniture. It is a pleasant place for breakfast, an afternoon in the shade or a drink at sunset.
Kitchen and equipment
The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob and extractor hood, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator and a dishwasher. For breakfast there is an espresso machine, a kettle and a toaster, and a blender for fresh juices. Crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, wine glasses and champagne glasses are provided.
Air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi and a washer-dryer make longer stays comfortable. You also have an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, bathroom essentials, bed linen, bath towels and beach towels.
Families can ask for a baby cot and a high chair. The apartment door has an electronic lock, and the apartment is fitted with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
The Hills Residence
The rooftop of The Hills Residence has a swimming pool with a wide view over the lagoon. You also have an elevator, private parking and outdoor cameras around the buildings. The pool is open every day from 8 am to 8 pm, with sun loungers around it.

Location in Simpson Bay
From the residence you reach the restaurants, shops and marinas of Simpson Bay in a few minutes by car. Simpson Bay beach, Maho beach and Princess Juliana International Airport are also very close.
A rental car is a good idea if you want to explore the rest of the island at your own pace, from Philipsburg and its boardwalk to Marigot and the beaches of the French side.
Practical information
Check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is until 11 am. A102 is well suited to couples, friends or a small family, with a maximum of three guests. Our team is on site to welcome you and answer your questions during your stay.
For longer stays, an intermediate housekeeping service can be booked during your stay, and extra towels are available on request. With the full kitchen and the washer-dryer, you can easily live here as you would at home.
