Getting Around:

We recommend a vehicle to get around Vernon!



Other Things to Note:

• Because this property is right on the ski hill, during the winter, an 4WD or AWD vehicle is recommended.



• Garbage must be brought down to the transfer station at the bottom of the hill after the stay.



• Please make sure to read and explore your Boarding Pass for detailed check-in ( and check out ) instructions and other information you need during and after your stay.



• PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON THE DECK AT THE TOP. This is only for walking on to enjoy the view and not meant to support a vehicle.



We understand that accidents can happen during your stay, and we want to ensure that both you and the property are protected.

For your peace of mind, we offer two options:

1) Non-refundable Damage Waiver: For a small fee, this waiver covers accidental damages (up to $250) during your stay.

2) Refundable Safety Deposit: A credit card hold, that will be refunded upon a successful property inspection after your stay.

These options will be presented to you through our Guest App after booking.



Interaction with Guests:

Just to set proper expectations, our support line is available only until 2 am.

Please let us know your estimated time of arrival or if you expect to arrive after 2am, so we can make the necessary arrangements to assist you.

The Alpine at SilverStar

We were generally very happy with everything. The only disappointment for several people was that the water filter / ice maker on the fridge wasn't working. I would highly recommend this one.
Stayed 2 nights in Aug 2024
