This hotel for the price was very disappointing. The noise level between the AC unit and the traffic outside made it really hard to sleep. And the smell of the room was a bad chemical cleaning smell. The power went out in the early morning for a few hours. It would have been nice to have seen a small discount for that inconvenience as well.

Very dirty. My kids were sneezing the entire stay and my nose was stuffy, likely because of all the dust. The bathroom was disgusting. The grout between the tiles was brown.

Sunnyvale Domain

The front desk staff was very friendly and informative when I arrived. The bed actually was extremwly comfortable. The reason I rated it overall poor was because the walls are not insulated well and I could hear people in the hallway like they could have been in my doorway. I also heard aomeone snoring through the wall. There was a dog barking down the hallway at 3-4am time frame that continued through early morning. Finally, I think the hotel breakfast was pretty much the worst version of American breakfast: half of the the fruit looked on the edge or under-ripe, the orange juice was poor quality. The hash browns, eggs and sausage were poor quality as well and I could only eat tbe sausage and egg with lots of ketchup. Sad, because the layout of the place is pretty inviting and the rooms, although sparing, were nice looking.

The hotel was clean, check in and check out very easy, but the breakfast buffet was quite horrible. Eggs were like water, sausages and potatoes heavily seasoned and very limited options.

Excellent property, very clean. Breakfast was good, coffee & tea always available. Microwave a plus! Staff was very informative & nice. I felt safe here. Room was nice & dark.
