Had an unpleasant encounter with another individual. Did not sleep there the first night because did not feel safe after that. Luckily I am very aware of my surroundings and how to deal with those situations.

The staff was friendly and courteous. The room was clean but the smell of cleaning products was pretty intense at first. It's a cell phone dead zone (on the bottom floor at least) The bed was not comfortable. You could feel the springs in the bed. Overall, you get what you pay for. It met my needs financially and was overall decent. Free coffee at 7am was a perk. Pun intended :)

The room itself was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The tv was working, but the screen was going bad. It had 8 white spots that made the screen blurry and hard to see. The room was quiet, and the shower water was very hot. It is off a major street, so there are some restaurants nearby. I would stay there again for the affordable price.

Had a confirmed reservation. Once I got there the front desk agent ignored me. Stated that there is no reservation. I showed him the confirmation. He did not let me check in. Told me go and do whatever you want to do. Super rude!! Didn’t even help me to cancel that reservation. His name was Omar.
