The gentleman that checked us in was wonderful- so friendly and engaging. The room was super clean. The hotel was outdated and need of some updating but was a solid choice. I appreciated the good price, cleanliness and friendliness!

The check-in process took a very long time. The hotel was fully booked as there was a concert at the Levi Stadium. We waited for more than 25 minutes. There was only one staff member in Reception. Around 3:20ish, another staff member came in, but her computer had issues, so it took another 15 minutes before she could check in guests. Aside from the check-in, which we were disappointed with, the room was fine, the breakfast was delicious, and the location was excellent.
