Overall the hotel is nice and clean. Even though it's on a busy street it is not noisy inside the rooms. It has a nice small kitchen so you can heat up food. The bed was nice and clean but the pillows could be better

Dirty, coffee pots and claimed free breakfast were not provided. Manager and assistant were horrible! They hired two thugs to threaten me, after having booked 24 room-nights at this dilapidated hotel. Larkspur Landing in Campbell, California used to be a family friendly place. Now it’s turned into the scary place!
