There are better hotels nearby. I feel like this use to be a rundown hotel. I feel like they just painted it and upgraded the furniture and put the Hilton name on it. But it still has that rundown hotel feel. The hallway smelled like marijuana. My room smelled like stale cigarettes smoke bad. The bathroom floor was dirty. Walking on the carpet in my room made my socks black immediately. The heat was off when I got to the room. It was freezing in there. The heater was noisy. The room was big and very wheelchair friendly. They had a nice shower bench. But the water in the bathtub was nasty yellow and had a weird smell. The soap was mounted to high to reach if you are in the tub. Not much parking and I was worried that the car might be broken into. Not in the best location. I feel like this is not up to the Hilton brand standards. And would not recommend staying there. It is ok if you are use to staying at sketchy roadside motels.

The room was renovated and very clean. The bathroom was very nice and also clean. The bed and pillows were among the best we have had in the many hotels we have stayed in. For the airport shuttle the hotel called a cab at no extra cost for us. We will stay here again.

I feel i need some compensation for this booking. When i look at hotels to stay at I look for 2 specific things: a gym/fitness center and a pool. If both amenities are unavailable during my stay the hotel should contact the customer and let it be known AHEAD of time. I would have NOT stayed here if i knew their "fitness center" had only 2 machines and both were out of service. The pool was also closed for the last 24 hours we were there. Completely unacceptable to not let the guests know this information

The room was in good condition free of pests with hair dryer, iron, app tv, fridge, microwave and climate system. It was generally quiet and located in an industrial area. I slept well and found the bed and pillows comfortable. The staff was prompt and helpful. There was a bagel bar with instant oatmeal, yogurt, muffins, OJ and coffee or tea. Hard boiled eggs were also available. A microwave to heat the oatmeal would have helped but was not found. A smoking area was in fro t of the hotel which was not pleasant. A better location should be found. Probably great for smokers but not so great for others. A shuttle would have been nice but an uber ride was arranged from the airport.
