This stay was disappointing and poorly handled by the hotel.
The first room had a clear ant infestation, with 20–30 ants coming out of the bathtub handle while I was trying to shower. We were moved to a second room, which also had ants in the bathroom, and eventually to a third room. By that point it was late evening, and we had spent over an hour repeatedly packing and unpacking, which is not acceptable for a hotel stay.
I was also concerned that the elevators had expired inspection permits posted inside the elevator cars.
What ultimately lowered this to 2 stars was the hotel’s response afterward. Despite documentation, the hotel refused to offer any refund or compensation and deferred everything to Expedia, showing little accountability.
I would caution future guests who care about cleanliness, safety, and customer service.
