Clean comfy rooms overall good experience just hotel is a bit outdated. Good friendly staff and service. Hot springs, pool facilities are nice however, water temperature depends on current weather as per hotel staff. This is my family’s 3 stay and we have truly enjoyed it. The only downside was that pool food service doesn’t began until 12pm and we are early risers so that was a true inconvenience.

I like to stay here beacuse of the hot spring water pools, I have stayed here many many times , and in the past my experienceses have been alot better than the last 7 recent stays. Before you were allowed to bring snacks and food with you, and also allowed to checked out of the room, but keep usinging the facilities until 5pm. My last stayed here was in march 2025, It happed to me again that as I am going into the hotel I got stopped and my luggage is being seach for food, I have stayed at much much better and fancy hotels and they have never probhibited me from carring food or snacks. The hotel does have a restaurant and on weekend the food is good but on weekdays is completely different.and why should you be pushed to buy their few selections of food. Specially When staying with children they need snacks.When I get seached I feel intiminated ,and like a criminal, not even when I cross the boarder back to the usa I get seached that way. Hope they change their policy ,And treat their guess better, like regular peolple rather that smugglers.

Tienen problemas con el aire la primer noche a las 11, nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación pues estaba goteando mucha agua el aparato del aire acondicionado. No tienen teléfono en la habitación y no nos avisaron que nos podíamos comunicar por Whats, así que mi esposo las veces que requerimos servicios tuvo que ir a la recepción.

Soy huésped recurrente, en esta ocasión el agua no estaba caliente como se acostumbra debido a que comentaron que habían reparado la alberca. Muy sucia debido a que hacía mucho aire, se puede entender, pero porqué no atender ese punto ya que era temprano, no había muchas personas en la alberca y podían darle una limpiadita exprés. Nuestro baño no bajaba, se mantuvo sucio, no sé si había falta de presión. La TV no encendió.

El hotel es un destino en sí...aguas termales y jardines espectaculares, hemos visitado muchas veces. Sin embargo, esta vez la falta de Internet en los cuartos es un grave problema. También la alberca grande estuvo apenas tibia. Ojalá pusieron atención a éstas cosas y volveremos sin duda a ése paraíso.
