Pleasant enough but some disappointments

Pleasant enough hotel for the price. Unfortunately our room was up two flights of slippery stairs. A fellow guest had a nasty fall down them. No television in room. Only furniture in our rather large room was a bed. Staff are friendly but many quite inexperienced. Service quite slow- we cancelled our order for my husband’s cocktail after waiting 40 minutes. Buffet breakfast had limited options and most dishes were empty and not replenished. All dishes were served cold including bacon, fried rice, noodles or curry.

I LOVED my stay here. The staff and service were incredible. The hotel is beautiful like a 5 star resort. The pool is quiet, clean and surrounded by manicured jungle plants. The restaurant has many food options though I would prefer a buffet to a prepared meal. The whole place is very quiet and has spacious rooms. Overall the staff was what made it incredible. So happy, easy to ask for things and very accommodating.

We found this boutique hotel very affordable. The staff is super friendly and attentive. It was easy to schedule guided tours, dance dinner show and massage treatment with the hotel at a reasonable price (for tourists). The pool area is nice and hotel is located next to a convenient store and it is walking distance to the old market and pub street.

This was not as advertised. The door didn’t even lock and the shower was not functional but the staff was so sweet. Not their faults but whoever owns this property really should really fix a lot of issues. Ghost town too. Staff was like surprised someone was actually staying there which is pretty telling

Most of hotels or hostels in Cambodia are pretty average or below average. The room I was staying in has plumbing issues. While watching tv, the toilet over flow itself made this loud noise with over flow sewage. Staffs are always friendly and willing to help.

Cozy place

Cozy place located close to the main areas of Siem Reap. The standard was slightly lower then it appears in the pictures but everything worked just fine. Staff was friendly as all Cambodians and everything from laundry (2 dollars per kilo) to airport pickup (included) worked perfectly. We payed about 40 dollars per night and would recommend this place to others

Beautiful place and made even more beautiful by the people who run this place. Treated us like family and were super nice to take care of a lot of things. Traveling with young kids means that you just cannot stay anywhere. This is a very nice place and would very much recommend.
