This property is so dirty and nasty. The food terrible, staff lazy, bugs everywhere, hard mattress like a rock hard, bad part of downtown areas, worst hotel I ever been too. You hunt someone down for services. Rooms dirty and outdated, things broken in room. Breakfast is just fruit and eggs don't waste your money on that and eggs cold. Everything about this hotel is disgusting!!!!

Great Stay at this Hotel! I Booked Deluxe Double or Twin Room on 18th of Oct 2025. Breakfast here is good with nice and friendly staff. Wifi here is great! Location is good. It took 10minutes walking to the Pub Street.

Hotel was exceptionally welcoming, staff very helpful. Communal spaces are nicely done up, with lovely pool. Rooms were fine. Whole place was very clean, every morning there were at least two staff on each floor already cleaning before breakfast. Only 10 minute walk into main town area. Will definitely return.

Very good place, it’s not a huge hotel, but looks like a sizable old-time mansion, our room had tropical colonial style furniture, and a balcony overlooking a quiet side street. The location is very central, we walked back from the Angkor National Museum when we saw how close it was (there was a good Western style grocery store across the street from the museum also). Miss Luna was the very personable front desk person who greeted us and made us feel at home. All the staff were very good. The front desk arranged a driver to take us to Angkor Wat, and another to take us to the airport. Highly recommended.

I spent 3 weeks in Cambodia, and split my time between three hotels at the exact same price point, and this was the best. Couldn't ask for a better location -- ideal jumping off point from town for Angkor Wat, walking distance (or a very cheap tuk-tuk ride) to pub street and market areas, without being close enough to hear any of the nightlife noise. Great restaurant with both western and local dishes. Everything I ordered was delicious and beautifully presented. The breakfast buffet had fruit, bread, a small salad bar, and a selection of hot, mostly western-style dishes like eggs, pancakes, and baked beans. But by far the best thing was the incredible staff. Every single person I encountered was friendly, polite, and helpful. Jasmine and Luna at the front desk are superstars. I had a couple of issues with my room upon check-in, and they handled everything with aplomb. I'm sure I was a problem guest for them, but they never made me feel like they were anything other than delighted to resolve yet another minor crisis. Luna even got on the phone with my Grab driver to help him find the hotel when I put in the wrong address! The one piece of constructive criticism I have is that the recent renovations seem not to have extended to the plumbing. I was moved to a new room twice because of plumbing issues -- a leak from the back of the toilet (or maybe from the sprayer) in one, and what seemed like a big leak from the shower into the walls in the other.

Great day!

Wonderful and cozy five stars hotel, just under200m from the town center down a charming path. A short 5-7 minute walk or a cheap tuk-tuk ride for $1. Friendly staff, fantastic rooms with a nice touch of an older style, and balcony bathtubs for a relaxing soak. Enjoyed the breakfast on the rooftop balcony and free high-speed Wi-Fi. Overall, exceptional value for a memorable stay.
