Our sustainable vacation home, “Woid 12,” completed in 2023, is located in the health resort town of Siegsdorf at an elevation of approximately 780 meters (Chiemgau, Pre-Alps) and features two separate apartments, each measuring 100 square meters. Experience the beauty of nature right on your doorstep, where, as the saying goes, “the fox and the hare say good night to each other.” The detached house captivates with its unobstructed view of the forest, meadows, and mountains.
Whether you’re heading to one of the many lakes, into the mountains, or into the city—whether to Traunstein or Salzburg—everything is within easy reach from here.
The 100 m² Mia vacation apartment is located in the cozy attic. It features two bedrooms with Swiss stone pine beds (1 double bed, 2 single beds, travel crib available upon request), a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, vinegar, oil, common spices, parchment paper, plastic wrap, dishwasher tablets, dish soap, etc.), a living and dining room, a bathroom with an infrared sauna, and a laundry room (washer, dryer, clothes rack). In the basement, there is also a furnished shelf with a selection of games, children’s books, and toys. When selecting the materials, we made sure to use local woods (oak, spruce, larch, Swiss stone pine). We also offer a carport with 2 parking spaces and electrical hookups.
We are a family and a group of co-owners.
